You can create an account for free by entering the required information below. This will allow you to receive bid notifications for categories you select and allow your vendor profile to be viewed by the agencies you select.

To submit a bid for an opportunity, you will have to become a subscriber.

To become a subscriber, there are two options that are available: an unlimited annual subscription fee of $165.00 or a one-time fee per bid opportunity of $45.00.

To register for the unlimited annual fee, click on the “continue” button and you will be prompted to select the annual subscription fee and continue with the checkout process.

To register for the per bid fee, navigate to the bids homepage and click the “Register” button of the bid opportunity that you wish to become a plan taker for and continue with the checkout process.

Important: It is the vendor's responsibility to keep their company profile information current and accurate to allow system generated email communications to be received throughout the bidding process.  The Region of Durham is not responsible for messages that are undeliverable, have an out of office notification, or otherwise do not reach the bidder.

The Region of Durham  is interested in receiving emergency contact information that would be useful during an emergency. This is not a commitment to purchase. Please provide specific emergency contact information in the contacts section below.

We suggest that you utilize the search feature below. For example, if your business is  "Janitorial”, type “janitorial” in the keyword field and your results will be displayed. If you cannot find a specific sub category, click the main category to ensure you receive all notifications within that category.

Adding a Contact

In order to add a contact to the company profile, click on the “add another contact” button and type the contact name and email address of the person you wish to add. Your invited contacts will receive an email invitation from the Bidding System to create their own login to the Bidding System.  If you are an invited company contact, it is imperative that you create your login from the link contained in the email invitation. Do not go directly to the Bid Opportunity website and create a separate vendor account. It is your sole responsibility to keep your additional invited contact(s) current and delete any contacts that you do not want to have access to your profile.
