You can create an account for free by entering the required information below. This will allow you to receive bid notifications for categories you select and allow your vendor profile to be viewed by the agencies you select.

To submit a bid for an opportunity, you will have to become a subscriber.

To become a subscriber, there are two options that are available: an unlimited annual subscription fee of $439.90 or a one-time fee per bid opportunity of $132.04.

To register for the unlimited annual fee, click on the “continue” button and you will be prompted to select the annual subscription fee and continue with the checkout process.

The unlimited annual subscription account will provide you with the following benefits and services:

To register for the per bid fee, navigate to the bids homepage and click the “Register” button of the bid opportunity that you wish to become a plan taker for and continue with the checkout process.

Important: It is the vendor's responsibility to keep their company profile information current and accurate to allow system generated email communications to be received throughout the bidding process.  The Region of Durham is not responsible for messages that are undeliverable, have an out of office notification, or otherwise do not reach the bidder.

A certified diverse supplier is any business or enterprise that is certified by a Supplier Certification Organization to be more than 51% (majority) owned, managed and controlled by persons belonging to an equity-seeking community or a social purpose enterprise. These communities include, but are not limited to, women, aboriginal people, visible minorities/racialized people, veterans, persons with disabilities and Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Trans, Queer, Two-spirit (LGBTQ2S) community. Adding a Contact

In order to add a contact to the company profile, click on the “add another contact” button and type the contact name and email address of the person you wish to add. Your invited contacts will receive an email invitation from the Bidding System to create their own login to the Bidding System.  If you are an invited company contact, it is imperative that you create your login from the link contained in the email invitation. Do not go directly to the Bid Opportunity website and create a separate vendor account. It is your sole responsibility to keep your additional invited contact(s) current and delete any contacts that you do not want to have access to your profile.
