Part ‘A’ - Intersection Improvement at Ritson Road (Regional Road 16) and Beatrice Street, in the City of Oshawa and 
Part ‘B’ - Rehabilitation of Rossland Road (Regional Road 28) from Cochrane St. to Whitburn St. /Redoak St. in the Town of Whitby
